Attorney Jasmine Riddick

Licensed Georgia Bar Probate, Estate Planning & Guardian/Conservator Attorney.

• Serves as Court-Appointed Attorney for the Dekalb Probate Court in the areas of Adult and Minor Guardianship.

Jasmine is a Probate, and Estate Planning Attorney. She is currently licensed to practice through the State Bar of Georgia. Jasmine serves as Court Appointed Attorney where she specializes in Guardianship and Conservatorship Law. She also serves as a Guardian Ad Litem where she works with a variety of Estate matters within the probate court. Additionally, Jasmine represents clients in their Estate Planning and Probate matters.

Jasmine joined Atlanta Estate Attorneys in 2019 as a legal intern and as an Attorney in 2021. Jasmine received her JD from Emory University. While attending law school she was a part of the Technology Innovation: Generating Economic Results (TI:GER) Program where she provided legal and business formation support to GA Tech start-up projects where she earned her TIGER Program Certificate in Intellectual Property.

Prior to joining Atlanta Estate Attorneys, Jasmine worked at Bank of America headquarters in Charlotte, NC performing various roles involving financial planning. Jasmine received her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Economics from Johnson C. Smith University in Charlotte NC.

Jasmine’s background in business, financial planning, and intellectual property strengthened her ability to assist clients in developing an estate plan that is unique and strategic to their individual circumstance.

Jasmine has been involved in many Pro-bono cases through the Pro-Bono Unit of Atlanta Legal Aid. In her free time, she enjoys playing tennis and traveling. Jasmine is a Native of Atlanta, Georgia and a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated.
