Tamarra Stuppard-Wilson is a Georgia licensed attorney who started her career as a Georgia State Law Student Attorney serving in the Low Income Tax Clinic and Extern at the Internal Revenue Service, Individual Tax Court Division. In addition, while obtaining her law degree, she clerked for a boutique Estate Planning Law Firm located in Dunwoody, GA. Mrs. Stuppard-Wilson upon graduation from law school worked as a comprehensive tax attorney providing tax controversy, compliance and planning services at a boutique tax firm; while also providing basic to high level estate planning services. She has experience in preparing comprehensive estate plans; including wills, basic and complex trusts, durable powers of attorney and related documents, which allows her to help each client develop an estate plan that is personalized to their needs. Her Masters in Accountancy with a specialization in taxation combined with her experience enables her to provide key solutions and incorporate tax saving provisions in her estate plans.
Tamarra serves as court appointed attorney and guardian ad-litem for both Fulton County and Dekalb County Probate Courts; specializing in Guardianship, Conservatorship, and Probate Administration advocacy.
Tamarra served as Southeast Regional Director for four years at a comprehensive financial planning company, Ayco A Goldman Sachs Company. At Ayco, she managed a region, which serviced high net-worth clients particularly Executive Officers for Fortune 500 Companies. Here she strengthened her wealth advising skill set particularly in the areas of: tax planning, tax preparation and her exposure to strategic estate planning. Mrs. Stuppard-Wilson designs estate plans for high net-worth individuals as well as more modest estates and believes every person deserves to have an estate plan that is shaped by their own set of unique circumstances. Mrs. Stuppard-Wilson will provide planning for times of incapacity or disability; while also assisting clients with will and trust disputes, guardianship and conservatorship proceedings, and tax compliance.
When Tamarra is not servicing clients, Tamarra enjoys being a very active Mother to her three beautiful and very active children, Angelice, Gabrielle and Makial. She advocates for leaving a legacy in the form of wealth, health and family ties. Her children inspire her to educate youth on financial literacy through educational seminars she offers at their schools. Tamarra Stuppard-Wilson is also passionate about exposing and educating minorities to the financial and healthy living industry. She launched the Black Diversity Network while at Ayco and is extremely passionate about educating minorities on the importance of wealth and legacy planning.
